We’re Chad and Rachael Hayes — pastors, parents, and adventure partners based in Greenville, Indiana. We share a love for Jesus, Thai food, and exploring new places… preferably all in the same day.

Our story began at International Bible College, where we met, fell in love, and started dreaming about a lifetime of ministry together. In 2006, we moved to San Marcos, Texas, to plant a church we pastored for nine years. Since then, we’ve continued serving in pastoral ministry while traveling across the U.S. and around the world to encourage churches, equip leaders, and share the gospel.

We’ve road-tripped through 30+ states with our kids (Noah, Nathan, Jentzen, and Bethyn), and Oregon and Maine have stolen our hearts (though Rachael is still holding out for her dream trip to Verona). Chad is a retired cowboy who now trades his boots for golf shoes, and Rachael is a Welsh lass who can turn any room into a place of worship.

Whether at home or on the road, our greatest joy is seeing people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and step boldly into their calling.
